Foam expertise made practical

Helping You Choose the Right Foam Product

Buying foam should not involve guesswork. All Foam has been created to make specialist foam products easier to understand, compare and order. We explain what each material is designed to do, where it is best used and which options are available, so you can make an informed choice before you buy.

Our range includes foam sheets for upholstery, packaging, acoustic treatment and specialist applications, alongside supportive foam mattresses and pressure-relieving mattress toppers. Each product page provides sizes, thicknesses, construction details, prices and suitability guidance in a consistent format.

When more detailed technical information is needed, our foam data sheets provide specifications for the relevant foam grades. Our team is also available through the contact page when you need help comparing products or checking whether a material is suitable for a particular use.

Established UK knowledge

Over 40 Years of UK Foam Experience

All Foam is backed by a UK foam business that has manufactured and converted foam in the West Midlands since 1983. The purpose-built facility in the West Midlands supports the production of foam products for furniture, bedding, packaging, acoustic treatment and specialist applications.

That experience matters because foam grades can look similar while behaving very differently. Density, firmness, cell structure, recovery, fire performance and intended use all affect whether a material is right for a project. We use our industry knowledge to present those differences clearly and help customers avoid unsuitable choices.

Our customers include people replacing a mattress or topper at home, upholsterers selecting foam for furniture, businesses protecting products in transit and organisations sourcing foam for technical or commercial use. Whatever the application, the aim is the same: useful information, suitable materials and straightforward service.

Quality, Safety and Clear Specifications

All Foam products are supplied through UK foam manufacturing and conversion experience, supported by ISO 9001:2015 quality management processes.

Foam suitability and fire performance vary by material. We do not assume that one standard applies across the entire range. Relevant product pages identify whether a foam is fire retardant, while our technical data sheets provide further grade-specific information for customers who need to check performance or compliance before ordering.

Furniture-grade foams used in relevant products comply with the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988 and subsequent amendments. Where a product is intended for a specialist, commercial or regulated environment, the stated specification should always be checked against the requirements of the intended application.
