Terms and Conditions
These terms explain the rules that apply when you use the All Foam website or order products from us. Please read them before placing an order, particularly the sections on measurements, bespoke products, cancellation rights, delivery and product suitability.
Last updated: 15 June 2026
Important Order Terms
- Check every size, thickness, colour, grade, quantity and option before submitting your order.
- Products made to your measurements or specifications cannot normally be cancelled or returned because you change your mind.
- Foam is flexible and is supplied subject to the manufacturing tolerances stated below.
- Delivery dates are estimates unless we confirm a fixed date in writing.
- Product recommendations and data sheets are general guidance unless we agree a written specification for your application.
- Your statutory rights are not affected where products are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
1. About These Terms
All Foam is operated by ALL FOAM PRODUCTS LTD. Company number 17300893. Our registered office address is 124 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.
These terms apply to your use of the All Foam website and to products ordered through it. The website-use clauses apply from your first use of the website. The sale-of-goods clauses apply when you submit an order.

3. Consumer and Business Status
You must tell us before ordering if you are buying wholly or mainly for business purposes. If you do not do so, we may reasonably treat the order as a consumer order unless the surrounding circumstances clearly show otherwise.
Consumer statutory rights apply only to Consumers. The additional Business Customer terms in section 23 apply to Business Customers and take priority where they conflict with another clause.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. A person under 18 may use the website only with the supervision of a parent or guardian.
4. Website Use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy data at scale, submit unlawful or abusive material, impersonate another person, or use any website facility for spam or fraudulent activity.
Where an account or saved checkout facility is available, you are responsible for keeping access details secure. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or order has been used without authority.
We may suspend access, cancel an account or reject an order where we reasonably believe the website is being misused, fraud is suspected or these terms have been breached.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, website content, branding, text, product descriptions, technical information, graphics, photographs, layout, software and code are owned by or licensed to ALL FOAM PRODUCTS LTD and are protected by intellectual property law.
You may view or print reasonable extracts for your personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, resell, modify, scrape or commercially exploit website content without our prior written permission, except where the law expressly permits it.
Third-party trade marks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Product Information
We take reasonable care to keep product descriptions, specifications, images, sizes and prices accurate. Minor differences may arise because of screen settings, photography, foam-cell structure, raw-material variation, supplier changes and normal manufacturing processes.
Product images are illustrative. An image may show more than one sheet, colour, layer or component, and colours displayed on screen may not exactly match the supplied material.
Descriptions such as soft, medium, firm, supportive, luxurious, pressure relieving or similar terms are comparative guidance and do not guarantee that every customer will experience the product in the same way.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Before submitting an order, you must check the product, grade, size, thickness, quantity, colour, firmness, cover, backing, delivery address and every other selected option.
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of measurements, templates, drawings, intended-use information and other instructions that you provide. We are entitled to manufacture and price the order using that information.
You must ensure that the selected product is suitable for the intended application, dimensions, loading, environment, bed base, cover, enclosure or other installation conditions unless we have expressly agreed a written specification for that application.
If information supplied by you is incomplete, inconsistent or appears obviously incorrect, we may pause, reject or cancel the order while clarification is sought. We are not responsible for delay caused by missing or inaccurate customer information.
8. Measurements and Manufacturing Tolerances
Foam is flexible and compressible and cannot always be measured or cut with the same absolute precision as a rigid material. Unless a specific product states otherwise, polyurethane foam dimensions may be subject to a normal cutting tolerance of approximately plus or minus 5mm. Depending on the grade, thickness, profile, compression and overall size, a tolerance of up to plus or minus 10mm may apply.
Dimensions are assessed without artificial stretching or compression and may vary slightly while the foam is recovering after transport.
A product manufactured to the measurements and selections supplied by you, within the applicable tolerance, is not faulty merely because it does not fit an item that was measured incorrectly or because a tighter tolerance was assumed without our written agreement.
9. Orders and Acceptance
Website listings are invitations to place an order and are not contractual offers. By submitting an order, you offer to buy the selected products on these terms.
An automated acknowledgement confirms only that we have received the order. A binding Contract is formed when we send an acceptance or dispatch confirmation, or when we otherwise clearly confirm acceptance.
We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where a product or material is unavailable, a price or description contains an obvious error, payment cannot be authorised, delivery is not reasonably possible, the order appears fraudulent or abusive, or the requested product appears unsuitable or unlawful to supply.
If we cannot accept an order and payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid without undue delay.
10. Order Changes, Cancellation Requests and Production
Contact us immediately if you want to change or cancel an order. A request is not accepted until we confirm it in writing.
Because many products are made, cut, profiled, bonded or prepared specifically for the order, production may begin shortly after the order is received. Once production has begun, we may be unable to change or cancel the order.
Where we agree to a discretionary change or cancellation that is not required by law, we may charge the reasonable costs already incurred, including material, production, administration, packaging and non-refundable carrier costs. We will explain any charge before agreeing the change.
Changing an order may alter its price and estimated dispatch date.
11. Prices, VAT and Promotions
All Foam is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not charged on orders. Website prices are shown without VAT. Delivery options, postcode surcharges, abnormal-size charges, insured freight and other exceptional delivery charges may apply where clearly stated before checkout.
We may change prices, products and promotions at any time before an order is accepted. An obvious pricing error does not bind us where you knew or could reasonably have recognised that the price was incorrect.
Promotions are subject to their displayed qualifying conditions, availability and end date. We may withdraw or correct a promotion before accepting an order where it has been published in error or is being misused.
For the offer stating that customers spending £170 or more receive 20% off, the qualifying spend is assessed before the promotional discount and after any other reductions, unless stated otherwise. The discount has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged separately.
If a standard product is validly returned and the remaining order no longer qualifies for a free gift, the gift must also be returned unused and, where supplied sealed, unopened. If it is not returned, we may deduct its reasonable retail value from the refund where the law allows.
12. Payment and Fraud Checks
Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Payment may be handled by a secure third-party payment provider, whose identity and terms may change.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied and that the billing information is accurate. We may carry out reasonable identity, address, payment and fraud-prevention checks.
We may delay acceptance or dispatch until payment has been received in cleared funds and any reasonable checks have been completed.
We do not intentionally store full payment-card details within the public website.
13. Availability and Substitution
Products, colours, covers and raw materials are subject to availability. We do not guarantee availability until the order has been accepted.
We will not supply a materially different substitute without your agreement. We may make minor changes that do not materially affect appearance, quality, safety, function or price, including changes required to comply with law or to reflect a supplier specification update.
If an agreed substitute costs less, we will refund the difference. If it costs more, we will obtain your agreement before proceeding.
14. Delivery
Delivery charges, postcode surcharges, processing estimates and carrier information are set out on the Delivery Information page.
Unless we expressly agree a fixed date in writing, processing and delivery dates are estimates. Small, oversized, abnormal, specialist, insured-freight and remote-area orders may take longer.
We may deliver an order in separate consignments where reasonably necessary. You will not be charged additional standard delivery solely because we split the order.
You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct postcode, and tell us about access restrictions before dispatch.
15. Failed Delivery, Refused Delivery and Access
You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is accessible and that somebody is available to receive and sign for the order where required.
If delivery fails because the address is incorrect or inaccessible, nobody is available, the parcel is refused without lawful reason, or you fail to collect it, we may charge the reasonable additional carrier, storage, return and redelivery costs that we incur.
Where a parcel is returned to us, we may hold it until those reasonable costs are paid. This does not affect consumer rights where delivery failed because of our breach or the carrier's failure for which we are responsible.
16. Risk and Ownership
For Consumer orders, risk passes when the products come into your physical possession or the possession of a person identified by you to receive them.
Ownership passes only when we have received payment in full for the products and any other amount due in respect of that order.
17. Consumer Cancellation Rights for Standard Products
If you are a Consumer buying an eligible standard, non-bespoke product online, you will normally have 14 days after delivery to tell us that you wish to cancel without giving a reason. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the product.
To cancel, use the Contact page or the model cancellation form at the end of these terms. You must provide enough information to identify the order.
You may inspect a product only as you reasonably could in a shop. We may reduce the refund to reflect a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics and functioning.
This right is subject to the exclusions in section 18.
18. Bespoke, Personalised and Hygiene-Sensitive Products
The statutory change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This includes foam cut to customer-supplied measurements and products manufactured with customer-specific dimensions or choices where they cannot reasonably be resold as standard stock.
A product is not treated as bespoke merely because it is manufactured after an order is placed. The exclusion applies where it is made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
Where a product is supplied sealed and is not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons, the change-of-mind right may be lost if the seal is broken after delivery. This may apply to sealed mattresses, mattress toppers or memory foam products where the restriction is clearly identified before purchase.
These exclusions do not affect rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
19. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Products supplied to Consumers must be of satisfactory quality, fit for any purpose made known to us where reasonably relied upon, and as described.
If a product is faulty, damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied or not as described, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide the order number, a clear description and photographs where appropriate.
A Consumer may have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days and may also have rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or a final right to reject, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
We may reasonably inspect or request the return of a disputed product before providing a remedy. A request to report transit damage promptly helps us investigate the carrier and does not remove statutory rights.
20. Returns and Refunds
Do not return a product without contacting us first. We will provide the correct return address, reference and instructions. Sending a product to an incorrect address or without adequate packaging may cause delay or avoidable damage.
For a valid change-of-mind return of an eligible standard product, you are responsible for the direct return cost unless we agree otherwise. The product must be returned within the applicable period and securely packaged.
Where a return is required because the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will bear reasonable return costs.
Refunds are made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. For a valid Consumer cancellation, we will refund the product price and the basic outbound delivery charge, if paid, within the period required by law. Any delivery upgrade above the least expensive standard service is not refundable.
We may withhold a Consumer cancellation refund until the returned products are received or you provide evidence that they have been sent, whichever occurs first, where the law permits.
Further information appears on the Delivery and Returns page.
21. Natural Foam Characteristics
New foam can have a recognisable fragrance when unpacked. The intensity varies by grade and may take time to dissipate. This is not normally a defect.
Foam colour can vary between production batches and can change through exposure to light and air. Natural colour variation or discolouration does not normally affect performance.
Cell size, surface texture, skin, pinholes, minor visual marks and shade may vary according to the material and manufacturing process where they do not materially affect function.
Foam may be compressed for transportation. It should be unpacked promptly and given time to recover. Keeping it compressed or packaged for an extended period may impair recovery.
22. Technical Guidance and Product Suitability
Technical data sheets, product descriptions, comfort labels, calculators, recommendation tools, application examples, lifespan information and staff comments are general guidance unless incorporated into a written specification agreed by us.
They do not guarantee comfort, service life, performance, regulatory compliance or suitability for every person, project or environment. Performance can depend on load, body weight, frequency of use, temperature, humidity, UV exposure, chemicals, cover tension, bed base, cushion construction, installation and care.
For commercial, contract, healthcare, marine, automotive, fire-critical, safety-critical or regulated applications, you must contact us before ordering and provide full details. Unless we expressly agree a written specification, responsibility for selecting the product remains with you.
Where you rely on a statement that is important to your purchase, ask us to confirm it in writing before ordering.
23. Additional Terms for Business Customers
The following clauses apply only where you are a Business Customer.
23.1 Entire agreement and reliance
The Contract constitutes the entire agreement concerning the order. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, representation, assurance or warranty that is not set out in the Contract or an expressly agreed written specification. Nothing excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
23.2 Payment, set-off and late payment
Unless we agree credit terms in writing, payment is due in cleared funds before production or dispatch. You must pay all sums without set-off, counterclaim, deduction or withholding except where required by law. We may claim statutory interest, fixed compensation and reasonable recovery costs on overdue commercial debts.
23.3 Inspection and notification
You must inspect the products promptly on delivery. Visible transit damage, shortages or incorrect products should be notified within 2 working days. Other defects should be notified promptly after discovery and with sufficient information for investigation. These notification periods do not apply where it would be unreasonable or unlawful to rely on them.
23.4 Delivery and time
Delivery dates are estimates and time is not of the essence unless expressly agreed in writing. We are not liable for business loss caused solely by a reasonable delivery delay outside our control.
23.5 Retention of title
Ownership remains with us until we receive payment in full for all sums due under the relevant order. Until ownership passes, you must keep the products identifiable, properly stored, protected and insured, and must not create any charge over them. If payment becomes overdue or you become insolvent, we may require the products to be returned and, where lawfully permitted, enter premises to recover them.
23.6 Business warranties and exclusions
To the fullest extent permitted by law, terms implied by sections 13 to 15 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 are excluded, subject to the requirement of reasonableness and any written specification agreed by us.
23.7 Business liability
We are not liable to a Business Customer for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill, production, opportunity or data, or for indirect or consequential loss.
Subject to the liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited, our total aggregate liability arising from an order, whether in contract, tort, negligence, misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, is limited to 100% of the price paid or payable for the products giving rise to the claim.
Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, defective products where liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
23.8 Indemnity for customer instructions
You will reimburse us for reasonable loss, liability and cost arising from our following your unlawful instructions or using a design, specification or material supplied by you that infringes a third party's rights, except to the extent caused by our own breach or negligence.
24. International Orders
Contact us before ordering for delivery outside the United Kingdom. We may decline an international order or require a separate quotation and additional terms.
Unless agreed otherwise, you are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges, local approvals and confirming that the products comply with the laws and standards of the destination country.
25. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic, industrial dispute, war, terrorism, transport disruption, power or network failure, cyberattack, supplier failure, material shortage, government action or carrier restriction.
We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect. If the event substantially delays performance, we may suspend or cancel the affected part of the Contract and refund any amount paid for products that will not be supplied.
27. Website Availability and Security
We aim to keep the website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend, withdraw, restrict or change the website for maintenance, security, operational or legal reasons.
We are not responsible for failures caused by internet providers, hosting systems, communications networks, payment providers, malicious attacks or other third-party services outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for using suitable security software and for protecting your own device, account and payment information.
28. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of statutory Consumer rights.
If you are a Consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breach of Contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses suffered by a Consumer, or for loss caused by inaccurate measurements, unsuitable customer selections, misuse, alteration, poor installation, unsuitable foundations or failure to follow instructions, except to the extent that we are legally responsible.
We are not responsible for purely subjective dissatisfaction with comfort or firmness where the product matches its description, specification and stated comfort category.
The Business Customer liability provisions in section 23 apply instead of this Consumer-focused limitation where you are a Business Customer.
29. General Legal Provisions
29.1 Severance
If any clause is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be treated as modified to the minimum extent necessary or removed, and the remaining clauses will continue to apply.
29.2 Waiver
A delay or failure to enforce a right does not waive that right. A waiver applies only to the specific circumstances in which it is given.
29.3 Assignment
We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organisation where this does not reduce a Consumer's rights. You may transfer your rights only with our written agreement, except where the law allows otherwise.
29.4 Third-party rights
No person other than you and us has a right to enforce the Contract under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
29.5 Priority
If there is a conflict between these terms and a written specification or quotation expressly agreed by us for the order, the expressly agreed document takes priority for that conflict.
29.6 Changes to terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in law, products, delivery, payment or business operations. The version in force when an order is accepted will normally apply to that order.
30. Communications and Complaints
Contact us through the All Foam Contact page or by post at 124 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.
Please include your order number and enough information for us to investigate. We may ask for photographs, measurements, packaging or the return of a product.
Where you have agreed to receive marketing, you may unsubscribe using the link in the message or by contacting us.
31. Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and the Contract are governed by the law of England and Wales.
If you are a Consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory local protections and may be able to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
If you are a Business Customer, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
32. Model Cancellation Form
Use this form only if you are a Consumer cancelling an eligible standard product within the statutory cancellation period.
