Quick answer: the calculator prices every selected layer from the current All Foam foam-sheet or mattress-topper catalogue, adjusts it for the chosen mattress size and thickness, then includes the made-to-order construction cost in one final price.
The 20% order offer is applied when the basket reaches £170. Because custom mattress configurations exceed that threshold, the builder shows the qualifying offer price alongside the standard total.

Larger mattress sizes and deeper foam layers use more material, so the price changes when the size, depth or thickness split changes.
Foam grade
Each grade uses its current catalogue price. Choosing a different support or comfort foam changes only the relevant layer cost.
One complete price
The made-to-order construction cost is included within the displayed total. It is not added as a separate charge later in the basket.
